Our services are intended for professional use by entities and individuals capable of forming legally binding contracts under Turkish law. If you are accessing our analytics platform on behalf of a corporation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Intellectual Property Ownership

The "Eurasia Market Insights" brand, including its proprietary algorithms, design language, and unique data visualization structures, is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. While we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to view the intelligence reports generated for your account, the underlying intellectual property remains our exclusive asset.

You Receive Usage rights for internal decision-making and strategic planning.
We Retain Full ownership of methodology, source code, and aggregate datasets.

Prohibited Activities

Transparency is our standard. To maintain the integrity of our analytics solutions, we strictly forbid any attempts to reverse-engineer our predictive models or use our platform to develop competing market intelligence products. Furthermore, any use of automated "bots" or spiders to harvest our proprietary data insights without an Enterprise API agreement is a material breach of these terms.
